Dear Scott,
I may be writing this a little early since we are not closing on our home for five more days, but I’m confident it’s going to happen with this contract! When Shari and I had this place built in 1995, it was one of the worst and best times of our lives. We were our own General Contractor and had many “issues” arise that made it the worst experience of our lives, up to that time. The best experience being when we finally moved in. Needless to say, I will never build again. My motto is “if it’s not built, I’m not buying.”
We had 21 wonderful years in that home. We loved all of them, raising our two sons and just being a family. It’s now time to turn it over to a new family, so they can love it, as we always will.
Scott, since the first time we met, Shari and I both have believed we put our trust in the “right” person to sell our home. When you were “brutally honest” with me about pricing our home and until closing the deal, you have shown that care, compassionate assistance and experience sellers need.
