The city of Pacific, Missouri, located just 30 miles southwest of St. Louis, is home to over 6500 residents, and the Pacific Area, which includes Pacific, Catawissa, Robertsville, Gray Summit, and Villa Ridge has a population of over 25,000 or 30% of the Franklin County real estate market´s total population. Directly east of Pacific along the I44, in the very southwestern end of St. Louis County you´ll find the City of Eureka. With over 7500 residents, Eureka is well-known in the area for its numerous antique shops, its outstanding schools, and as the location of Six Flags St. Louis.
Eureka is ideally situated for business, centrally located in the Tri-County area of St. Louis, Jefferson and Franklin County real estate, with excellent access to road and rail travel. Many commercial and industrial real estate properties are currently available. It is also an ideal place to live, offering a variety of single family homes within the town and farms and acreages just outside of town to take full advantage of county living. Nearby golfing and skiing are popular pastimes as are tours of the wine country or floating down the Meramec River.
